The "PSS at Your Site" approach is an ideal solution for clients that have the available laboratory space and equipment but are in need of trained technical staff who are capable of performing long-term analytical testing. In this model, after establishing your needs, Lancaster Laboratories' recruiters will hire a team of analysts and/or technicians and will set up a local management structure. The PSS team will train in applicable Lancaster Laboratories policies and procedures as well as in your SOPs and in the use of your instrumentation and computer systems.

This technical team will report in to Lancaster Laboratories' senior management and will be supported by our extensive expertise in the technical, managerial and human resource arenas. We will assume full responsibility for training, managing, and compensating this full-time Lancaster Laboratories staff for you. A mechanism for frequent client contacts by senior Lancaster management will be put in place, ensuring that superlative service is provided to you in both the quality and productivity of the work performed by the technical team. Due to the nature of this program, we recommend that clients commit to a minimum duration of two to three years for five to ten employees.
