Adoption Assistance - Company will pay 50% of standard costs associated with adoption procedures. Maximum amount available is $3000 per adoption.

Benefit Credits - Contribution from the company to help you buy non-core benefits. For those who use tobacco products: $520 per year or $20 per pay. For tobacco-free employees: $650 per year or $25 per pay.

Bereavement Leave - One to three days paid time off for each familial death.

Blood and Urine Analysis - Free annual testing (e.g., cholesterol, glucose, triglycerides, etc.) for those working more than 20 hours per week.

ConSern Loans - Low-interest loans for family educational expenses.

Early Detection Program - Early detection benefits are a covered expense for employees electing any of our medical plans. Employees who have elected not to be enrolled in our medical plans are eligible for this benefit.

Educational Assistance - With approval (after a 6-month waiting period), 100% tuition reimbursement for classes directly related to your work.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP) - Three sessions annually with a professional counselor through Optum Health (UBH) for you and/or your dependents for such problems as stress, marital discord, etc.

401(k) Plan - 100% company match on 6% of compensation saved. You will become eligible and 100% vested immediately.

Holidays - 9 days per year.

Jury Duty - Pay received for the difference between jury-duty pay and your regular salary.

Laboratory Analysis Discount - 50% off regular cost of analyses performed at Lancaster Laboratories (e.g., water, soil, asbestos, etc.).

Leave of Absence - With prior approval, 2 months unpaid leave for a valid reason.

Life Insurance and AD&D - Includes group life insurance (2 times your base annual salary), accident, diability, and worker's compensation insurance.

Relocation - Reimbursement packages for relocating employees are available including expenses for house-hunting visits. Relocation specialists help those who desire assistance during the moving process. The extent of reimbursement is decided on a case-by-case basis.

Paid Sick Leave/Personal Days
For Nonexempt (hourly) Employees - One paid sick day each quarter following 1 year of service. Payment is given at the end of January for unused sick days or unused hours can be carried over to the following year.
For Exempt Employees - Undefined number of paid sick days.
Vacation - After your 6-month anniversary, 1 vacation day per month worked until the end of the first calendar year during which you began work. Then 2 weeks per year during the second through fifth years of service; 1 additional day per year after that up to a total of 20 accrued days.
