| Our Lifestyle benefit
plan lets people with differing needs and lifestyles design
their own benefit packages. Our benefits are divided into
two categories: core and noncore. Core benefits are provided
by the company for individual coverage at no cost to you.
Noncore benefits are those you can purchase with Lifestyle
benefit credits or voluntary pretax dollars. Employees become
eligible for most of the Lifestyle benefits on their first
day of employment. Full benefits are offered to full-time
employees (those who work 30 hours or more a week). In addition,
employees are eligible for numerous fringe benefits. |
