Lancaster
Laboratories provides three different service models to
meet the analytical project needs of our clients in the
way that best fits their operational requirements. These
include our traditional fee-for-service option and two different
Professional Scientific Staffing (PSS) options, in which
our analysts work for clients at their site or at our facility
in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.

for Service |
Our
analysts perform a broad range of analytical services in
the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical
and Environmental Sciences for
clients worldwide on a project-by-project basis. This traditional
service model meets the project needs for the majority of
our clients, who count on us to meet their requirements
with excellent quality and service.

| PSS
at the Client Site |
In this alternative staffing model, we hire, train, and
manage Lancaster Laboratories employees to perform analytical
programs at your site, using your quality systems. PSS
at the Client Site is ideal for clients who need additional
on-site staffing support for a two-to-three-year period;
our program is a more effective and qualified solution than
temporary employment and also solves co-employment issues.

at Lancaster Facility |
| This
PSS program offers dedicated full-time employees to work
on client-determined priorities within our existing facility,
using our infrastructure, equipment, consumables, management,
and quality systems. PSS at
Lancaster Facility is best for finite projects that
warrant continuous, dedicated staffing for a period of at
least six months.. |
