Our traditional service model meets the project needs for the majority of our clients, offering access to a broad range of laboratory services in the Pharmaceutical, Biopharmaceutical, and Environmental industries on a project-by-project basis.

Professional Scientific Staffing (PSS)
Our PSS program places full-time scientists and technical support services hired, trained and managed by Lancaster directly at your facilities. This innovative staffing model provides a non-permanent, long term and cost effective way to meet your staffing needs that is fully compliant with co-employment law.

Full Time Equivalent (FTE)
The FTE program provides you with dedicated full-time employees to work on your projects within our facilities. Managed by us, your FTE employees use our infrastructure, equipment and consumables. This program offers the same level of quality, performance and productivity expectations as our traditional fee-for-service offerings with the benefit of full-time dedication to your larger or longer-term projects.
