Emig, Hengst promoted to director positions
Travis Emig has been promoted to director of Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Richard Hengst has been promoted to director of Business Development.

As director of pharmaceutical chemistry, Emig will manage analytical operations and staff, ensure regulatory compliance and facilitate client and FDA audits. With the company since 1992, Emig holds a bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Lebanon Valley College.

As director of Business Development, Hengst will manage the pharmaceutical sales organization, focusing on expanding the pharmaceutical client base for the company. Hengst joined Lancaster Labs in 2002 as a territory manager in Pharmaceutical Business Development. Previously, he worked as sales and marketing manager at ERWEKA, as VP and general manager at Sotax Corporation and as sales director at VanKel Industries. He earned a B.S. in biology from Penn State University.
